Vintage 1970’s Schott Perfecto Motorcycle Biker Black Leather Jacket Mens Sz. 42

The Perfecto Leather Jacket, An American Classic. The Same brand worn by Marlon Brando in The Wild One (his was a Perfecto 618) as well as the rest of the Black Rebel Motorcycle Club!!!!….Um, the bike gang in the movie not the band….but I dunno, maybe they wear them too

Created by Schott Brothers of NYC in the late 40's, the Perfecto Motorcycle jacket became the standard for the returning G.I.'s who created American Bike Culture (see Hollister CA 1947), and that Iconic Jacket has changed very little over the years. Often duplicated, but never surpassed, this is the real deal!
This particular jacket is in EXCELLENT CONDITION. The leather is thick, heavy, supple, shiny and smells like new. It is without any cracks or rips and the few very small scuffs that it does have would disappear with one application of leather conditioner. All of the zippers and snaps are in perfect working order, and the belt is in great shape. The insulated liner is also very clean. This particular model is from the 1970s (based on the Schotts Perfecto Timeline on their website)
This is the perfect gift for your favorite biker (even if that biker is you) …..providing you (he or she) wear a men's 42. The arms are 24" from shoulder to the end of the cuff and 24" from the top of the collar to the bottom of the waste-band. If you have any more size related questions please email them; I don't really know what you're supposed to measure and I'm pretty sure that just saying that it's a size 42 isn't going to be enough for a lot of people
We are also selling an awesome pair of Vintage Esprit Leather Motorcycle Gloves, so hurry up and check our other listings!
